KUANTAN, Feb 8 — The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah today called on Malaysians to extend a helping hand and necessary assistance to the needy, including those greatly affected by floods.
